I enjoyed my stay at this well-kept and well-maintained hotel. The king studio with a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge was a nice touch. The location was perfect, right next to restaurants, shopping, parks, waterfront, and downtown St. Petersburg. Nearby dining options like Courigan's Irish Pub made for a lovely experience.

The hotel is fairly clean and well-organized. the large room comes complete with a terrace and balcony providing a great view. the staff are honest, welcoming, and show a genuine caring attitude towards guests. They offer excellent service and a shuttle to the baseball stadium. Additionally, guests have the option to park their cars in the area.

The location was unbeatable and nice, within easy walking distance of Chihuly Collection Art Gallery. the hotel was in a very nice area, really close to the beach, near many nice bars and restaurants, parks, museums like the Dali and the Florida Holocaust.

The complementary breakfast at the Hampton Downtown St Petersburg was simple, but fresh and delicious. This is unusual in hotels with limited food service. This is a convenient downtown location with restaurants, museums, and pier.

The weekend I visited there was little availability at this hotel or anywhere else.

Friendly staff, good room, decent 'free' breakfast and good location for baseball.
